I have several customers going to the Hawaiian islands for a couple of weeks and asked if I knew any good roasters. Sadly, I have never educated myself on the wonderfulness of Hawaiian coffee and I would appreciate any input as to where they should go to get good coffee. Thanks so much and I'll pass along any good info!

I would say Honolulu Coffee Company is the best coffeeshop on the islands, hands down. They have shops on Oahu and one on Maui.
Hula Daddy Coffee on the Big Island (Kona) has phenomenal coffee. The owner, Karen, is very nice too. I missed out on a tour of her facilities last time I was there and I still kick myself for not going. As of last June, Debbie Davis, formerly of Bridgetown in PDX, was working there. I recently saw (somewhere) they scored 98 out of 100 on one of their roasts, tying one other coffee for highest score ever.
