Since I am new to the site I should start off by saying hi my names Luke!  I run a micro roastery in upstate SC, and we are about to expand by adding on a small retail front.

With that out of the way, this will mark my first year attending Coffee Fest, as well as my first trip to Seattle.  For those of you who have been to CF before, any advice on which speaker/class to see this year?  We are already signed up for the roasting classes, and two of the barista ones.  I also intend to stop by David Schomer's shop while I am in the area.
