I would like to hear some thoughts on espresso cocktails. Are there any worth the experience? I am taking a trip to Portland soon and would like to know if there are any places serving an exquisite espresso alcoholic drinks.

I make a 'mochatini' we kind of cheat a bit and infuse vodka with our coffee instead of pulling shots for coffee flavor, a little Godiva Chocolate Liquor and a dash of heavy cream for texture.
Just give me a good caucasion & Im happy!
I make a drink called the "Milly Vanill-y."

1) Cocktail shaker filled with about an ounce of Amaretto
2) Add about an ounce of Half & Half
3) Extract espresso over liquid
4) Add a pinch on cinnamon
5) Scoop ice into shaker...shake
6) Pour into chilled cocktail glass...top off with whipped cream (if desired)
