Does anyone have experience making a signature drink with tea as an ingredient?

For a while we were doing this iced coffee in the summer. We put WP Yirg, Darjeeling and dried apricots into a French press. Don't really remember details... I know the coffee was like 1.5x stronger than normal because we were icing it before serving. It was freakin' delicious though.
