Is anyone out there doing a frozen cappuccino in the frozen drink machine with a cold brew coffee method? Im looking to replace my current espresso syrup based frozen cappuccino by making my own mix. Trying to figure out about what kind of ratio of cane sugar to coffee I should use for a big frozen drink machine (margarita style). I would much rather make my own coffee syrup than having to keep buying cases of glass bottle syrups & paying all the wasted freight on the glass bottles Plus I would be able to tweak it my own way. I would love some insight into ratios if anyone else is doing it. I figured I would just make large batch cold brew coffee with gallon jugs of drinking water & then put it back into the jug. Then measure out what I need per batch to fill the machine, mix in the straight cane sugar (I should be able to get cane sugar much cheaper & in larger containers) and then mix in the milk (and water if needed).

Thanks

Mitch
