Hey all:

I'm thinking of taking the next step (from just a web-based store) to a mobile coffee shop (truck or van). 

I'm aware of companies that build them in other states, but have had a tough time locating a company IN California that builds them (with all of California's tricky food safety codes, etc.).

I'd be grateful to anyone who can point me to a company within California that builds custom coffee trucks/vans.
