I would like to bottle and sell cold brew coffee, but I have a couple of questions:
- How long can it stay good in a bottle? This is my biggest concern. Whenever we brew, it keeps well for a few days but the flavors begin to change after that. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a way to stabilize - we don't want to use preservatives, but maybe there's an option I'm not aware of.
- How to bottle? All we know is that you have to use a licensed facility, which we are not. Does anyone have any experience finding one? Or maybe there's another option I'm not thinking of....
