Yes, I'm sure it's a basic question but I have seen/heard of a mocha being done a few different ways. I'm only interested in the best way to be honest but I'd love to hear what everyone feels is the best way to make a mocha. Thanks as always for your opinions and feedback.

Find a different way to warm your sauce.The top of the machine should not be used for this. When you have spill you will think back on this post and wished you had listened. I am not against warming your sauces, it is just where you do it. I am not against latte art. I pour it as well. I am against losing site of what is important. Latte art is not definition of quality. It is about as important as it is deep into the cup.
