AMBEX YM-2 help!
Hello!
We need some help with our Ambex YM-2 coffee roaster. We had a small fire break out under the drum by the exhaust fan and think we might have ruined some components. Unfortunately we don't have the manual for it and didn't know if anyone knew of or had an electronic copy by chance. If anyone can offer any help at all it would be great. It's our source for roasting all of our coffee for the shop so we need to figure something out ASAP.
