Hello,

I'm hoping for some advice on smoke abatement options for use with our Diedrich IR-12.  My goal is to find the most cost effective way to help with smoke.

There are no afterburner regulations in our area, but we are making attempts to be neighborly for those around us.  Of course afterburners can be ordered from Diedrich but since this was never in the business plan, it's a bit of a hard pill to swallow just to keep that occasional neighbor from grumbling.

I've looked some into catalytic oxidizers based on another roasters good recommendation but but would still like to gather more info.

Any thoughts about styles, sources, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Chad
