I would like to add cider as a cozy fall drink this year. Can anyone please suggest a simple set up for hot cider? We squeeze our own organic apple juice. I only imagine we would sell 4-8 a day so it needn't be large. If it is simple enough, I would like to be able to easily clean and start a fresh batch.

I have an Avantco air pot for keeping plain hot water throughout the day for teas. But I would be concerned about cleaning the machine and pot parts with sticky cider. I am considering an electric kettle with removable filter?
