Hi all,

I am looking for some way to store a sauce in the fridge, yet still be able to use a pump dispenser. The bottles need to live in my bar fridge, and so can't be much taller than a gallon milk jug. I was hoping to be able to find either a more compact vertical pump or some other alternative. It must obviously be easy to fully clean as well.

I'd like to be able to make my own chocolate sauce, blended drink base, and maybe even white and caramel sauce. I have some great recipes, but getting a quick and accurate dispensing method has been elusive so far. The "squeezie into a measuring cup" is ok, but some of the bases are a little thick and it takes forever to dispense when they are cold.

Has anyone run across something that works well?

Thanks!
