so, I am in need of a decent one or two group machine to use for catering-esque purposes. Basically I need portability. Now, I can deal with all kinds of short comings in a machine but I cannot not not deal with poor steam wand pressure.

All the catering set ups I've worked with in the past all had terrible pressure that required roughly five minutes to steam one pitcher. That's really not going to cut it. Anyone know any decent machines that might suit this need?
