A few friends and I are planning on opening a coffee shop/hostel in Spain. It's a really awesome opportunity, however I don't know much about the coffee culture in Spain? If someone could shed some light on the subject or maybe point me in the right direction that would be awesome... Do they call an Americano and Americano in Spain???
Before jumping into the deep end, you might want to take a trip over there first and check out things at the ground level, so to speak. A survey trip might be expensive, but it's a drop in the bucket compared to having a business fail.
