I'm sure milk prices are hurting all of us. Anyone have a Magic Milk answer or do you just continue to deal with suppliers raising prices? Anyone tried Goodcow milk? How about getting a couple of cows and putting them on the roof?

in my experience, the Crystal Organic milk stays relatively the same price, as they feed on grass as opposed to corn/etc. But then again, you're paying alot more.
i used to get my milk from a local dairy company, but that got way too expensive. right now i'm going to costco. they have the cheapest milk prices that i have been able to find. yesterday i paid $6.29 for a 2 gallon box. not bad, considering.
Milk can be really tough to balance in price/value terms. I would put it a close second to coffee if you are focused on quality capps/lattes in your bar. Milk is not just milk. In comps I have had all different milks from across the country and they are all wildly different based on the type of cow and what it's being fed. Having that said, it's tough to justify spending 5 dollars a gallon. But, no matter what you do, make sure your decision is based more on how your milk compliments your coffee than how it affects your wallet. You might find your business will increase slightly
