I would like to hear of the results people get from their questions. Did the input make a difference? I am not talking about should I buy one kind of espresso machine to another. For instance, did Diversity Coffee benefit from the input and how? And what is the staus of their store?

I've seen lots of benefit from discussions here. Changes to techniques, drink construction, strategy. Too many to give details.

Not sure about Diversity Den. She hasn't posted in a while... must be busy.
