Hey I was wondering if any body had suggestions for my rosettas its very frustrating to see them almost turn out then just get all F@#$ at the end or to have them start entirely messed up and finish ok... i dunno just looking for some tips

The best piece of advice I've ever heard: Learn to slow down. For real. Look up really good latte artist's on Youtube... watch their wrists. They're going alot slower than you think, especially to get those big fat leaves. Another tip is to not "drag" the milk through the end, to finish the rosetta. That is, dont dip the spout of the pitcher forward as you're movin it forward. I've found pulling up (as in an airplane) at the end helped.
One more: Practice. Practice, practice, practice. Good lord, practice.
