our coffee shop is in the south korea.
my company want start Latte art show in working time.
we want be more friendly with all customers.
so we think "how about we make latte on each table??"
Is your establishment revolved around table service? it would be difficult to perfect the transition between bar to table with espresso in cup degrading as you carry it and milk in pitcher that needs to be constantly textured.
I agree with Sarah about the engaging aspects of involving the customer with more of the creative side.
