Ever think about honey? The stuff the bees make. Ever notice the number bees is falling in our area? My friends Kim and Fergal from Clare County, Ireland have been visiting the last few weeks. They brought some honey from North Clare, and some West Clare.

We're holding a tasting of honey's from all over on December 10th at the Counter Culture Coffee Training Center. The event will start at 7 PM, and we hope to include a lecture from local bee keepers, a tasting of different honey's, and a lot of great conversation.

So, if you are into honey as much as we are feel free to come on by.
