    Shanghai was off the hook! Food where to even begin, so much street food and dim sum, noodles, a couple of things I have never seen. Some stuff you just don't ask, you just try. I have never seen some many people watching and competing. 22 Baristas in total. Really good time. Lots of pics of comp. And of all around Shanghai.

    I am being open minded, and i've come to the conclusion that i was just a spoiled little brat of a barista haha. I'm getting great results on the machine, getting my hand back for latte art, and just having a great time being back in the industry :)

    Just had Caffe Pronto Kenya Peaberry Kirimara Estate. Totally blown away. Made the best Cortado I've ever had with it. Seriously gave my taste buds a beat down. Big props to Pronto.
