How Forza Coffee Company got started

Forza, in Italian, signifies “Strength”. Our logo, a Roman coin, has the phrase “Forza di Vita” or translated, “The strength of life”. In Italy the local espresso shops define their communities. Forza strives to establish ourselves as partners in the community, and make each relationship a strong (Forza) one. Forza intends to fulfill this mission by partnering, first, with schools and churches to strengthen our communities.

The last couple of days I have been training staff for our newest franchise: Check them out by the PLU bookstore, it's a beautiful location, and wonderful people. Target opening date is next week Wednesday September 3rd! Welcome another great staff to the family!

Have you tried my Italia Toast Americano? (My morning addiction) My afternoon indulgence for now is an espresso italian soda! SO TASTY! If you haven't received the recipe from me, let me know... it's a must taste if you like espresso in cold drinks!
