Hey fellow BX'rs
I am just putting the word out to see about locating a commercial machine for my brother's shop. He is currently rocking a La San Marco 3 group, which is on its last legs. He asked me to help him locate something in the 2k-3k range that will give him the temperature stability and make even better coffee. I am going to be in Seattle for CoffeeFest later this month and was looking to see if I could find something before that weekend. Or at least put the word out.

Any takers?
Thanks
Andrew

I've just got to clarify: in addition to searching around for myself, I thought putting a WTB on here would help trigger some interest in selling to me via a smaller network of specialty coffee minded individuals. Thanks for the help with "google". I'll try those guys next.
I always have Astra Gourmet & Mega I for a great price. Even new they would fit within his budget but I also sometimes have available refubished ones . Astra goes through & makes an almost brand new machine when they refurbish. The Astra machines are great. I use them in all of my settings (Catering, Concessions, & shop) & have been for years. I've bought a few from Astra in the past & picked up some for other folks so I get a great price on them now. Not an equipment dealer but Astra lets me sell their machines because of my background with them. Great machines, lots of power, low price. Pulls a perfect shot & when I do weddings, my Gourmet single head can consistently pull great shots & steam milk all day long at about 2 a minute.
I've got a two group Astoria Argenta SAE II RG in impeccable condition that I'd sell for $3K and shipping or pick up, and I'll have the local Espresso Wrench Maintenance and Repair guys go over it and make sure it's still top notch before it goes away, too.
It is more of a 220V plumbed machine than some of the smaller single groups, though.
