We just switched from our Super Jolly to a Robur and it's been really great. I usually have pretty good control on my dosing, but tend to overdose a little more often with the Robur. I'm guessing the best way to combat that is going doserless? I guess a big part of what I'm trying to work on is helping other folks working at the shop to prevent wasting coffee and overdosing.

You could go doserless or try the Elvinator. The Elvinator costs 10 bucks or so compared to 300 to go doserless. The coffee from a Robur will be fluffier, and that tend to throw off Baristas who make the switch. Grab a scale and weigh out the doses and see where your at.
