Hey All, 

I have been looking for some good heavy duty scales, I saw them using them at intelligentsia , and a few pictures of other shops using them here and there online. So I am looking for some good scales that are not just battery powered. The scales I currently use turn themselves off and when manual brewing multiple cups it would be nice to no have to worry about turning on and making sure a scale stays on while you are brewing. If there is already a post on such scales, definitely direct me that way, but I couldn't find one.
