Tamper,... eh... not really that important at the end of the day. Roaster,... now you're talking. Pretty smart little unit. :) I like it. Pretty cool to roast on something you've built yourself. PID control,... Amazing!! PID is so important. Being at home is no reason to not have the best espresso possible,... if you can afford the machines,... which I can't.
