Also say hi to Bry a key person in this business. I'm am very proud to call Mike a coffee roasting mentor of mine. We entered into the Retail / Wholesale roasting cafe business about the same time.

 I have a vague Idea and need some feed back, I live in Alaska and I am making a road trip down to California with my husband, who is a photographer. On the way I am planing to to hit up every coffee shop suggested for a day/few hours of learning/tasting, in exchange a free professional photo shoot of their shop late art etc and I plan to write a blog or review about it and be a promoter of the coffee shop simply because I am an enthusiast!! .

 its a vague Idea needs details any suggestions?
