Hi Joseph! Many thanks for reaching out! Aaron and I are excited to get this NEW
venture underway!
Ciao for now and thank you for the note of support!

Joseph, thanks for the message. We had a great time in Portland, OR, going to the ABC Barista School and learning from all the great coffee bars up there. The food and coffee culture is amazing. We are back in SB, as we stayed in contact with the space we were hoping to lease, and it is looking like it will work out in the end. We will have some time before opening, so wanted to try and find a great Probat Roaster to learn on and try to in the future roast our coffee as well. Hope you guys are doing well and enjoyed summer. Thanks again, all the best - Aaron
The YM 15 is 15 kilo - right?
I think the afterburner would work fine. Marty Curtis says it can burn up to 1,000 MBH. It is larger than my other afterburner on my 12 kilo. So, I think it should be fine.
hey Joseph,
thanks for the invite and everything. Unfortunately, I'm flying between stops and I'm already down in San Diego. I am considering moving out west from my beloved Philadelphia so maybe sometime soon, in the oh-so near future, I'll get a chance to check out your shop.
cheers,
cb

Cool, while in SD you should visit the folks at Elan Organics-A very freindly group of coffee importers. Caio-Joseph
