Sorry I forgot to write you sooner after our last visit out, and you might have forgotten by now, but what did you think of the coffees we dropped off for you? I feel kind of weird, because we cupped that Kenya when we got back and it really fell flat in flavor... but honestly when its all good its great, bottom of the bag I guess. But yeah, if you remember to drop us a line on what you think...

JIm are we still making our trip out to Mercury soon? Or have you been there already? Either way i think we should still go. Maybe next week or something, we'll bring that famous barista " Ethan Billups" with us, so he can tell us if its top notch or not.
