I have worked as a barista for the last 6 years, working my way up from Starbucks, through low-quality coffee shops and finally as a specialty barista for the more focused and career oriented part of my life. Having now secured what could be my dream job at Moja Coffee, I'm working hard every day as another soldier in the war against bad coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Australia, Europe, A trip to origin would be nice, A cafe crawl through Seattle, Portland, Victoria is anlways welcome.
About Me:
As an actor with formal training, specialty coffee is my day job that I have worked hard at for nearly six years with no sign of stopping. When I'm not pouring lattes, I am working on building a small-scale performing arts society, workingclasstheatre, in North Vancouver with classmates.
About My Company:
Moja Coffee is North Vancouver's premier roaster-cafe. It's a one of a kind cafe for Vancouver, featuring high-end parstries by Thomas Haas and a beautiful 3gr. Athena Leva straight from Florence. We roast for several establishments around Greater Vancouver and B.C., pushing our small Probat L12 to the limit. Moja Coffee is dedicated to doing it rigt: Well-sourced coffee, roasted in small batches and a stringent policy on freshness.
