Hey Man! How's Seattle? I have been working on my pour overs, but I need a good thermometer. What kind do you use? Also, I just ordered 14lbs. of green coffee and a coffee roaster from Sweet Masria's, so things are about to get wild! My espresso machine is still on back order, but it has left me with plenty of time to work on whole bean coffee extraction. I ordered and read through Scott Rao's book Everything but Espresso. How are things at your coffee shop? And where do you work again?
