yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
The coffee shop that I most previously worked for is brand new, locally owned and also a bakery. I first began making coffee in Seattle, Washington. I acquired the most crucial barista skills at Caffe D'Arte roasting facility in south downtown. However, the first shop I began working in was at Kitanda, in Redmond. Kitanda is a Brazilian coffee shop and bakery located close to Microsoft territory; which is where a lot of their business comes from. Thiago, my trainer at Kitanda, is an experienced barista. He encouraged me to get into latte art. From the very moment I made my first Rosetta, I was hooked.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Brazil, Italy, France.
About Me:
True Alaskan girl that speaks Brazilian Portuguese and has the ability to extract a divine coffee elixir for anyone's coffee loving soul.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The self-fulfillment of seeing my customers enjoy their experience, latte art, socializing.
