About Me:: just took over as mgr of a new shop - been a barista and/or chef for 10+ years. looking fwd to re-upping my skills.
About My Company:: copper cup cafe is a new shop on the west side of cleveland oh. we are owned by a group owning a number of bars and 2 of the most acclaimed restaurants in the area. fun/scary: their first coffee shop.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: only one? the ever present scent of warmth.
