About Me:
I got into the business because about 7 yrs ago, my wife was tired of hearing me complain about not being able to find good coffee. One day I came home and there was a sample roaster and coffee (green) sitting in my garage. My wife told me to roast my own and stop complaining. After getting lots of great comments from family and friends, we decided to take it to the next level and bought a commercial roaster, the rest they say... is history!
