- I'm in the process of becoming a certified Counter Culture barista and steward, with hope of attaining both certifications by Fall 2010. I have full bar training and have reasonable proficiency with latte art (we all have off days now and then, right?).
Right now I work at Lovers and Madmen at 40th and Ludlow in West Philadelphia. We're a Counter Culture retailer and use Rustico as our 'spresso and Mocha Java, French-Pressed, as our house blend. We rotate various CC roasts for a featured pour-over, and I've discovered I really, really, really like Michicha Sidama. Take that as you will. - What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
- Between the Tropics of Capricorn and Cancer. Also, Morocco, because really... why not?
