Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: The majority of my career was spent behind the bar at a small specialty coffee roaster, but these days when I'm not roasting at home, I work for a large corporation as an educator and sensory specialist.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?: I travel often for work, primarily to LA, Chicago, Portland, and New York.
About Me:: Coffee educator, barista trainer, Q Arabica Grader, and roaster. It's been a dream to open my own cafe, I'm just taking the slow route to doing so.
About My Company:: At Uncanny Coffee Roasters, we roast super-small batches and sell at small community-driven events like Farmers Markets.
