I run a small online roast-on-demand and green bean 'shop' for home roasters. While always learning and drawing from others' experience and willingness to share/teach, I in turn, try to help home roasters raise their skill level.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Ethiopia and other African coffee-growing countries.
About Me:
Coffee is an elaborate hobby rather than being gainful employment in itself - although that could change in the not-too-distant future.
I work for a large church in the Blue Mountains, near Sydney, Australia, and use my passion for coffee roasting and drinking to make contact with lots of people. I'm involved in helping to put together a training course to equip disadvantaged young people for employment in the coffee/cafe industry.
About My Company:
Ministry Grounds is a (very) small business, and is the vehicle I use to promote fine coffee in the various areas move in.
I roast for a number of churches and around 150 individuals, and source and supply fine green coffee for home roasters around Australia,
