Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
My Barista skills are old fashioned working with manual machines or semi-automatic. I pay extra attention to the espresso pour and the making of a cappuccino as was before latte art. I never got into the latte art, however i my lattes have multiple layers which add to their uniqueness.

India, Puerto Rico, Haiti, Africa, Hawaii, Greece, Italy and Egypt

My background is fashion however, Coffee became a source of inspiration as I started working in NY city with some of the best roasters and coffee shops. the passion which NY has for coffee is un-like any other..Raw and intense..I am from different cultural backgrounds which adds to my love for all kinds of music art, people and food from around the world. I am creative and love to cook, read and daydream. My favorite time is when I am creating a drink in my cafe kitchen. I love GOD & everything I do is based on faith.
