If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
maybe
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've been working as a barista for over 12 years, with experience ranging from high-volume cafés to specialty third-wave shops. I'm skilled in dialing in espresso, latte art, manual brewing methods (like V60, Chemex, and Aeropress), and training new baristas. I take pride in consistency, quality, and creating memorable customer experiences. I’ve also worked closely with roasters to understand sourcing and flavor profiling.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I’m especially interested in traveling to coffee hubs like Melbourne, Tokyo, Copenhagen, and Bogotá. I’d love to explore different coffee cultures and learn from cafés around the world.
About Me:
Coffee has been a huge part of my life for over a decade. I’m passionate about craftsmanship, hospitality, and building community through coffee. Outside of the café, I enjoy experimenting with home brewing, reading about coffee history, and attending industry events whenever I can.
About My Company:
Currently, I work at a specialty coffee shop that focuses on direct trade, sustainability, and community engagement. We roast in-house and place a strong emphasis on education, both for our staff and our customers.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
My favorite thing about the coffee industry is the people. Whether it's coworkers, customers, or producers at origin. Coffee brings together a diverse and passionate community that’s always evolving, and I love being a part of that.
