If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm just starting out into the world of coffee but have all the basic skills and can do some pretty fine latte art if I don't say so myself. I can offer a good work ethic and an open-mind.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere and everywhere
About Me:
I'm going into my first year of university, I love to travel, and I usually bring my own tamper and tea strainer where ever I go.
About My Company:
Bridgehead is an awesome fair trade, organic and shade grown coffee shop based out of Ottawa, Ontario. Everyone who works there is really committed to quality espresso and drink prep. Also our top barista just took the eastern Canadian barista title!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
We can definately catch up and I can scoot you around a few coffee places in Christchurchif you are here and I am in town, but I dont have any positions at the mo. Luciano Marcolino (current NZ champion and 7th in wbc copenhagen) is a good friend of mine. He has his own cafe here as well. Will check with him, but would be able to catch up with him as well. Hope that is of some help. Flick me an email. carlsara@xtra.co.nz
