I love working with our manager Janelle. She tells the funniest stories, and I working with her is always smooth, and our store stays clean even during rushes between the two of us. I appreciate that we are able to bounce new information off of each other that we learn either from Shiloh, or another Forza location. It's nice to be able to walk into another Forza and be able to see examples of areas where I can to better as a barista whether it be bar skills, customer service, or team projects.
