Foam or Paper Cups..Mats?

First, I want to say thank you to EVERYONE who's offered some kind of advice.

What's better Foam or Paper hot cups?
What kind of fatigue mat do you recommend...

Those of you in the North Carolina area can you give me the name of a local paper distriubtor?

Today, I hired my first Barista......I can see the finish line.

If you have anything you are selling..let me know there are still a few things I have not gotten.

I'm sure they can ship there easy enough. Give Rob or Kevin a call there, they will help you out. 888-895-JAVA or Lindsay as Brady mentioned.

We get our fatique mats from our linen supplier. Sure we're "renting" them which is a little more expensive than buying them, but we never have to wash them, which if you've ever done that, is a big hassle, and actually the same price if you figure paying somebody $10/hour to spend 1/2 hour or so cleaning them off. Also, our mats are very lightweight so we can move them around easily without breaking our backs.
