okay all.. looks like there will be no more 11am cuppings at cultiva on saturdays. let everyone know. it's getting busier with the drink sales, which is good, so it's going to be down at Indigo tonight at 530pm with another humbling blind cupping. this one should be fun too. bring your note book, and wait to eat until after the cupping if you want to participate!!! I'll be there as close to 530pm as possible.

I also have liked the blind cupping the last couple of days. Even though it has been quite humbling.

ian, sampled them all. did two blinds at indigo. I'm planning to do another tonight at indigo, and one at 11am at cultiva if anyone shows. I think it's best to leave the 2-3pm slot open for anyone wanting to set up their own cuppings at cultiva, and expand it to a daily opening, but should be set up by the ones coming for the cupping. the cuppings at indigo I'd like to host blind, and often. Ian, if you or anyone else wants to host them, just let me know so we can all be on the same schedule. I would like to host them blind at Indigo. I think it will help develop critical thinking skills.

I pulled samples of the kenyan this morning... from 410-415-420-425degrees. and then the production roast at 428ish. I'm cupping them on Saturday at 11AM. Be there or be square!! I'm also doing Colombian roast samples. I might even surprise you all again at Indigo with my new "cupping case" full of all the tools needed to host portable cuppings.
super geeky.
