Hi Jason, Many bthanks for your comments, using 12,16 and 20 obviosly helps speed production, as one lid fits all three sizes. 4oz is not normally sold with a lid, but is this large enough for a double esspresso? if not what would you server that in,/ is there a demand for double esspresso?

we do have a 10oz cup that has same lid fit as a 10oz cup, do you think there would be a demand? we currently do not carry this as a stock line, but could do if there was a demand.

Hi Keaton, many thanks for your comment the dificulty with having a 6oz cup, with the same lid as a 10oz or 12oz cup, is that either the 10oz would be extemly tall or the 6oz very squat.
We as cup manufactuers are struggling to find out what volume of 6oz cups are require, and it is not just the cup, but development of lids as well as cups is a expensive project for the paper cup company

Most shops use 12, 16, and 20, although we are trying to trend shops downward in size. Like, 4, 8, and 10.

If I could have 6oz cups with dome lids, I would be so happy. In a perfect world the lids would be the same size as our 10oz cups, but as I'm already stocking two sizes of lids so i can fill 8oz cups up halfway, i wouldn't mind the hassle.
