<p>Yes I did and talked to Bill and he couldn't have been more helpful. Terrific guy and a great company to work with. Turns out I did fry the motor that drives the sweep. I just got a replacement one this morning and am about to install it now. The ignition problem seems to be related to the timer on the control board. However, I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it seems to work fine now. Thanks for for responses.</p>

Your ignition problem and the agitator motor are probably 2 separate issues. Does it try to ignite at all? Can you hear the ignition clicking? What got wet? Check your igniter for the pilot it's typically a thermal couple that senses whether the pilot is lit. if this is bad the control board will cut the gas and the roaster will not start.
