Also, pigs' blood is consumed more often ... blood sausage, Chinese blood cakes, blood pudding, etc.

I'm not so sure about goat blood sausage.

Oh, and a pigs' blood temp is about 39 C or 102 F, so it depends on if we want it to coincide with our body temp, or if you just want to pour a warm dollop like a macchiatto.

Hey! if anybody tests one, please post pics! :)

Kosher issue aside actually given the choice pigs are very clean animals, they much prefer clean water to mud to cool themselves off. (they have no sweat glads hence the need to cool off externally)

It isn't fair to offer pig's blood, because it isn't Kosher. Excluding the population of Jewish vampires just won't be good for business. Goats are much cleaner animals.

Oh, dear God....why?

This may induce some unwanted results from most of your customers...and it would be good to not put your staff through cleaning up bloody vomit on all of your toilets.

Not to mention to be within health code, you'd need a hood vent over your espresso machine to do that, and a grease trap attached to your dump sink, which normally isn't required if you just dump milk and coffee bi-product.

You can get pig's blood from your local butcher or most Asian markets.

Jack-o-lantern latte art is simple, do it all October every October. Pour an apple with stem (just became a pumpkin:-), use thermometer tip to dip in crema and draw eyes and mouth, done.
