Frankly I think my dream machine would be designed and built from the ground up, rather than a mish-mash of other machines. Were I to design my 'dream machine', the whole point of it would be to ask 'why?' on almost every aspect of the machine and work to try and either improve upon or replace current and past design and engineering conventions.<br />

- Super low profile (300mm tops)<br />

- Espresso dedicated - no steam, no hot water spout<br />
- Completely seperate steam machine<br />
- Why 58mm baskets? Why triples? Could you go deeper? Could you go wider and shallower?<br />
- Could temperature and pressure probes be installed within a group head?<br />
- If so - Data logging<br />

I was refering to the steam wand operation on synessos. I work on a linea everyday, but have had the chance to use synessos on several occasions. What I meant was they lever you pull to steam milk I just can't remember the technical name for it.<br />

I was refering to the steam wand operation on synessos. I work on a linea everyday, but have had the chance to use synessos on several occasions. What I meant was they lever you pull to steam milk I just can't remember the technical name for it.<br />
