Joe,
We're tickling the idea of going straight down I65 and then coming back the St. Louis way after... We wont know until the end of the month if we'll have time after... We may have to be back in Chicago on the 14th :-(... A coffee tour of St. Louis sounds awesome to me so I'm hopin it's do-able
Cheers
Matt,
What is the name of the roasting facility? Im trying to see what places we will be able to stop at and what places will have to wait for the next trip... If we go straight down I65 we should hit Indianapolis around 11 or noon... Would love to stop by...
Cheers
If you come through Louisville (and you should!), like Jeremy said, Quills is great! Also check out Sunergos. They are a roaster and shop; ask for some whole bean single origin that Kane roasted, or taste some delicious SO espresso in store. You won't be disappointed! Also, in Nashville, Crema is great as well, along with a recent favorite of ours in Music City is Dose. Coffee & Tea. Their Sidamo in an Aeropress is amazing.
