I would recommend the 2052 if you need higher volume. Wire it for 3 phase.

I have worked with Bunn, Fetco, and Grindmaster consistently. I would put Fetco at/near the top of the pack in terms of brewers. Really very stable and high quality. Good recovery time and I believe they have options for programming like pulse brew. They just came out with digitally controlled water towers that will adjust within one degree Farrenheit (very stable with the PID system). Grindmaster is also excellent. Easily programmable and very stable as well.
