DESCRIPTION:Noble Coffee Roasting will be hosting an event coming up t
 his August 12th from 6 pm to 10 pm, dubbed the First Annual State of J
 efferson Barista Jam, taking place at the Noble Coffeehouse, located a
 t 281 4th Street in Ashland, Oregon.For us, this is simply an exciting
  excuse for coffee geeks and enthusiasts to convene, compete, discuss,
  learn, and build a sense of coffee community here in a spot that is s
 mack dab between Portland and San Francisco.The State of Jefferson Bar
 ista Jam is loosely limited to industry folks who are motivated to mak
 e new connections in the specialty coffee community. What if a few int
 erested, non-industry individuals want to join? Hey, we're completely 
 fine with that.Events include: best latte art, best vessel, best manua
 l brew, and finally, the blind taste test. The entrance fee is set at 
 $10 per person and will include local beer and pizza served by Noble e
 mployees at the bar.For folks coming in from outside of the area, we h
 ave special pricing for accommodations. Depending on interest, we may 
 also be able to get special pricing for other events such as rafting,
