 and Symposium in Houston, TX April 27th – May 1st 2011. There are th
 ree rounds of judging at the national event: the preliminary round, th
 e semi-finals, and the finals. Competitors who advance to the finals w
 ill compete against six of the most highly skilled baristas in the cou
 ntry for the title of 2011 United States Barista Champion. The winner 
 will represent the United States at the World Barista Championship, wh
